Slander Rebuttal

I wrote this paper in response to a terribly slanderous  & disingenuous  article written about me by a local newspaper named New-Times.  Its crucial that you know this fact:
'Mr. Mooney, the author never even met me in person! His interview of me was done via a couple of brief telephone conversations. The only reason that he knows what my truck looked like is due to the fact when I was first seeking that interview I drove my truck to the
New-Times office.

The devil used this man to write a  very dishonest article designed to make a devout religious person (myself) look like a buffoon. He did what is called a real hacket-job on yours truly; through using a combination of a couple of honest quotes, many half-truths, & some misquotes / out-right lies.  Additionally, intending to give the appearance of being fair & balanced, at the end of that article he provided a link to my web-site ideology. The problem is that he never hooked-up that link to the internet!!! (click that link, check it out for yourself)

Sadly, this slanderous article has effectively stalled the priceless work that I am called by God to spearhead (if one is not already famous, when something is published, making you appear like a buffoon, people will straightaway reject anything you are trying to say)

In this paper I have done my best to, one-by-one, respond to each of his slanders by telling the truth about what I did say in that interview.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the article Mooney speaks of the 'biological aroma' emanating from my van.
That is his first pure lie!
Please ponder the following:
> How would he know one way or the other what my van smells like as he never met me in person?
As God is my witness, neither, he nor any other New Times employee had walked anywhere near my truck!
(I do smoke grass. But, my overwhelming usage stems from my few tokes I do right before my regular communing sessions with the Lord (1/4 oz lasts me about three weeks). Bong?
Haven't even used one in about 10 years!

His slanders of yours truly is due to the fact that he is a card-carrying member of the far-left!
(Later in my rebuttal I will prove the truth of the above statement)

Conducting a google search I found another article about religious folk that Mr Mooney has authored (click link below).  You will find In part of this article he 'happily' reports on a once influential Christian leader who turned out to be a hypocrite. Personally, I have no problem with someone doing that. But, here is where I do have a problem: this article also reeks of his disdain of conservative leaders  Anne Coulter and Rush Limbaugh.  Additionally, his usage of the leftist terminologies of 'far right' & 'homophobes', and derogatory caricature of a Christian holding a Bible, fearfully running from a homosexual reveal that he imbibes the far-left liberal negative view of conservatives & fervent religious folk.

Concerning myself: As I've stated, I follow an unorthodox  spiritual practice of utilizing certain substances (in small doses) with the intent not to get high, but to temporally enhance myself receiving clearer transmissions from Above. When certain substances are used in a spiritual context they are called Entheogens (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entheogen)

Presently, this spiritual practice is foreign to most in Judeo-Christianity.
But, nevertheless its of God! The Bible attests to such things without listing any specifics.
"Every good and perfect gift comes from Above, from the Father" -  James1:17                              (the Almighty told me to write the following in-depth study on that scripture verse                   > www.giftsfromheaven.homestead.com)

Entheogens is one of God's spiritual 'Gifts from Above' (For an in-depth study concerning entheogens, please read this essay of mine > www.sacredsubstances.com)

As you ought to be able to see, I’ve written prolifically. To understand my beliefs one has to do a fair amount of reading.  Again, it seems to me that Mooney was not willing to invest the time to read my writings in order to write an accurate article.  Rather, it appears he merely skimmed them. Then, he drew faulty, amusing conclusions! (satan can easily work thru a dishonest man, like Mooney). Most of this piece was the product of his faulty, amusing conclusions!

For example, he wrote that I said "All Christians ought to smoke grass, as that makes us 'Fools for God' ".  I never said anything remotely like that! The two subjects, smoking grass & being a 'Fool-for-God', have absolutely nothing to do with each other!
These two subjects are totally unrelated!

The deal is > I've written an essay titled 'Fool-for-God' . www.foolforGod.homestead.com & written another totally unrelated work about the spiritual application of marijuana & other substances > www.sacredsubstances.com
(As you can see my 'Fool for God' essay is posted on a different & unrelated web-site than the sacred use of substances)
Again, these two topics are totally unrelated!

Additionally, I never made the following statement: "everyone in the church ought to be smoking grass & taking mushrooms."  Rather, what I did say was something like:                     "The church people ought to try such substances & each disciple ought to weigh for himself whether it proves itself beneficial in hearing better from God. If it proves itself helpful, adopt this practice. If it isn't helpful, reject it"

Also, he wrote that I have combined the teachings of Rev Moon, Pat Robertson, and Christian Coalition. There is absolutely no truth to that statement!
(Matter of fact, Christian Coalition has no doctrine! Their sole function is to educate voters about the political goings-on from a Christian perspective)

Herein is what I did say: "My ideology is a lot like that of Rev Moon. I tried to get my ideas on the 700 club (Pat Robertson) and failed.

On another note, God revealed to me a strategy, if implemented, would succeed where Christian Coalition failed in their mission to compel black religious folks to join with white religious folks in only voting pro-life (this would make social conservatives the most potent voting force in america
www.usplan.homestead.com (attention: writing help is needed for this essay)

Additionally, I stated that any group that monolithically votes for one political party (such as blacks monolithically voting for the democrats), destroys democracy.

Finally, Mooney included a link to my web-site(s), but never linked it up!. Therefore, people are discouraged from reading my works. That speaks volumes for his lack of fairness & thoroughness (at least in regards to the way he treated me).
Interestingly, through his writings he speaks like he is such a righteous fellow. But, he didn't act fairly in his dealing with yours truly. If he didn't have the time to adequately educate himself about my beliefs he ought to have passed up doing a story!

Admittedly, I claimed I was going to win a spiritual defense for marijuana, and so far have  failed to do that. But, i do believe that my touted victory in a spiritual defense is coming           (I ended up trying to take a different route in promoting the wonderful ideas that God has blessed me with. Additionally, the Lord insists I invest alot of time in local street ministry while I promote His sacred world-wide plans. Thus, I am an extremely busy man! Being in my shoes its easy to take wrong turns as I don't have any spiritual brothers to help guide me, as my unorthodox beliefs have thusfar forced me to be the maverick that I am)

My writings speak for themselves. God has blessed me the most brilliant ideas on the entire planet to solve world problems.  I have been blessed with the same spiritual gift that God has blessed Joseph of Old Testament fame. Common sense: If I was the buffoon that Mr. Mooney made me out to be God would not have blessed me with such a great and rare gift.

Slander Rebuttal

I wrote this paper in response to a terribly slanderous  & disingenuous  article written about me by NewTimes newpaper.  First-off, its crucial that you know this fact:
'Mr. Mooney (the author), never even met me in person!               His interview was conducted via a couple of brief telephone conversations. The only reason that he knows what my truck looked like is due to the fact that when I was first seeking that interview I drove my truck to the
New Times office.

In constructing his piece Mooney combined of a couple of my quotes, many half-truths, & some misquotes, & some out-right lies. Finally, intending to give the false appearance of being fair & balanced,  at the end of his article he provided a link to my web-site that presented my ideology. The problem is he never hooked-up that link to the internet!!! But, even if He had, after his master hatchet job no-one would waste their time to read of my ideology anyways!

Anyways, his failure to hook up my web-site in his article speaks volumes about his lack of integrity.

If he hadn't the time to adequately read my writings in order to write an accurate article, he ought to have passed up the task to write the article! (interestingly, when reading his writings he comes off as being a righteousness-zealot. But, in the article he has written on me, he has shown himself to be a hypocrite; non-different from the bad guys whom he exposes)

Sadly, the slanderous article he has authored about me has effectively stalled the priceless work that I am called by God to spearhead (if one is not already famous, when something is published, making you appear like a buffoon, people will straightaway reject anything you are saying)

In this paper I have done my best to, one-by-one, respond to each of his slanders thru telling the truth about what I did say in that interview.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the article Mooney speaks of the 'biological aroma' emanating from my van.
That is his first pure lie
Please ponder the following:
> How would he know the odor coming from my van if he never met me in person?
As God is my witness, neither, he nor any other New Times employee had walked anywhere near my truck!
(I do smoke grass. But, my overwhelming usage stems from my few tokes I do right before my regular communing sessions with the Lord (1/4 oz lasts me about three weeks).
Bong? Haven't used one in about 10 years!

Next, my findings from my google search conducted on him:                                                       If you click the link at the end of this paragraph you will find an article Mooney has authored which reeks of his bias against both devout religious folks & conservatives leaders.                 In this article he 'joyfully' writes about a once influential Christian leader who turned out to be a hypocrite. Frankly, I have no problem with someone exposing religious hypocrites. But, that is only part of the article. This article also reeks of his disdain of conservative leaders; specifically  Anne Coulter & Rush Limbaugh. Additionally, he uses the popular, far-leftist terminologies 'far right' & 'homophobes'. Plus, he includes a caricature (derogatory) of a Christian holding a Bible, fearfully running from a homosexual.
http://www.browardpalmbeach.com/2010-12-30/news/the-dirty-dozen-2010-s-most-despicable-people/

On another note, regarding my prayer-life:  I follow an unorthodox  spiritual practice of utilizing certain substances (in small doses) with the intent temporally enhancing my receiving clearer transmissions from Above. When certain substances are used in a spiritual context they are called Entheogens (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entheogen)

Presently, this spiritual practice is foreign to most in Judeo-Christianity.
But, nevertheless its of God! The Bible attests to such things without listing any specifics:
James1:17 states, "Every good and perfect gift comes from Above, from the Father"                 (the Almighty guided me to write the following in-depth study on that scripture verse (see next link). To my knowledge, mine is only indepth study of this scripture verseI have ever heard of > www.giftsfromheaven.homestead.com)

Entheogens is one of God's spiritual 'Gifts from Above' (for an in-depth study on the subject of entheogens, please read the following essay which I have authored:  www.sacredsubstances.homestead,com)

As you ought to be able to see, I’ve written prolifically. To understand my beliefs one has to do a fair amount of reading.  It seems to me that Mooney was not willing to invest the time to read my writings in order to write an accurate article.  Rather, it appears he merely skimmed my writings. Then, he purposely drew faulty conclusions that amused him! (satan can easily work thru a dishonest man, like Mooney. (Also, a man who parades as a Christian I met on a facebook page, tim caulder, is so much like him!) Most of this piece was the product of Mooney's faulty conclusions, and him having fun at a religious man's expense!

For example, he wrote that I said "All Christians ought to smoke grass, as that makes us 'Fools for God' ". That is a total lie! I never said anything remotely like that!
The two subjects, smoking grass & being a 'Fool-for-God', have absolutely nothing to do with each other! These two subjects are totally unrelated!

The truth > I've written an essay titled 'Fool-for-God' . www.foolforGod.homestead.com.
Additionally, I have written another totally unrelated work regarding the spiritual application of marijuana & other substances;
(As you can see my 'Fool for God' essay is posted on a different & unrelated web-site than is my essay on the spiritual application of certain substances)
Again, these two topics are totally unrelated!

Additionally, the following misquote is actually a half-truth: "Everyone in the church ought to be smoking grass & taking mushrooms."  Rather, what I did say was something like:                     "The church people ought to try such substances, every disciple weighing for himself whether it beneficial in hearing better from God.
If yes, adopt this practice. If not, reject it."

Also, he wrote that I have combined the teachings of Rev Moon, Pat Robertson, and Christian Coalition. There is absolutely no truth to that statement!
(For your information, Christian Coalition has no doctrine! Their sole function is to educate voters about the political goings-on from a Christian perspective)

Herein is what I did say: "My ideology is a lot like that of Rev Moon (interfaith oriented). I attempted to get my ideas on the 700 club (Pat Robertson), but failed. Regarding my statement on Christian Coalition: God revealed to me a strategy, if implemented, would have succeeded where Christian Coalition failed in their mission to compel black religious folks to join with white religious folks in only voting pro-life (this would have made social conservatives the most potent voting force in america!)
www.usplan.homestead.com (professional writing assistance is needed for this essay).      If Christian Coalition would have been successful in making the larger interracial coalition, social conservatives would have won a super-majority in the polls. America would have evolved into a Christian theocracy, decades ago. America's racial problems would have been a mere shadow of the hellishness we are experiencing at the present time!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
More of my testimony: I smoke a little right before devotions. (For myself and for many others, sacramental use of an entheogen helps one hear better from GOD!

However, people who have abused grass thru too much recreational usage, have a completely different experience than do sacramental users. For abusers grass acts as a conduit to tune out, non-different from the way of the alcoholic!

Common sense: Three million Rastafarians profess grass used in a sacramental context, is sacred. Obviously, some are making an excuse, a fig leaf to get intoxicated. However, obviously not all of them! Three million Rastas can't be bald-faced liars! Obviously, there must be something holy about grass that most have missed!  James 1:17: "Every good and perfect gift comes from Above, comes from the Father." (entheogens is but one of the plethora of 'gifts from above')
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regarding my planned spiritual defense, I would have easily-easily won. a spiritual defense, Just using my inspired Rastafarian-rationale alone, coupled with spiritual usage by the holy-men in India. Plus, I had far, far more than that alone
{crucial to note: In my preliminary hearing, when I divulged to the presiding judge, Mary Robinson,  that I hear better from God when I smoke alittle grass, she thought me crazy. Consequently, she ordered me evaluated by court appointed shrinks. During the evaluations I informed the shrinks I was an ex-mental patient, whom the Lord delivered from a very dark place, decades earlier.
Anyways, due to that low-point of my past, coupled with my unshakable confidence I could win a spiritual defense, and easily, with one hand tied behind my back, evidently the broward county hierarchy’s became shaken that a mental patient (myself), defending himself, would win a landmark case, outshining broward county's finest! (Since I was an unknown, defending myself. And, I wasn't successful getting media to cover my trial  that was on then delayed, then on,etc. (the games broward county played with me to get me to cop a plea). Consequently, when my trial date finally arrived, since there were no cameras in the courtroom, the court did me dirty!

(In my naivety, I never foresaw such unethical treatment directed at a mere misdemeanor case! I'm not experienced in the sleazy side of our  judicial system.Again, when making my boasts I never foresaw such unethical treatment)

Immediately preceding the trial, a different judge, Judge Poole, took charge of the case.       right away, He changed the perimeters. He said, “No adjudication, no jail time”. Due to these new parameters, I lost my constitutional right to a jury trial. His next step was the unethical one >  He refused to permit me to present to the court my legal precedent! Wouldn't hear it! Furthermore, since he wouldn't allow me to present my precident he wouldn't permit me to speak even one word in my own defense!  As God is my witness, this is precisely what occurred!

When I was making my boast, I could never foresee the court like criminals!

Before I end my rebuttal, the LORD wants me to bring a couple of facts from that sham trial to your attention (the court had combined 3 misdemeanor grass possessions for my trial):

1 - One of the arresting officers took the stand. I was permitted to cross-examine him. This was the only moment the court permitted me to speak, period! (note: at the time of this particular arrest, I had informed this cop I utilized grass in a sacramental manner, to enhance  my prayer-life. Right away, he began mocking me. That is, until his searching of my personals turned up a dvd documentary on the  Life of Mother Teresa! Instantly, those mockings turned into silence! lol!). My sole question I asked him was his recollection of the Mother Teresa dvd he found on my person. He denied knowledge of it! (question: why would a cop lie under oath, lest he was pressured to toe the line?)

2- To give you an overview: in the space of 2 to 3 years I had been arrested numerous times for misdemeanor grass possession. Every time I was fined court costs, and released. I never paid the court one thin dime for their charges. Miraculously, I was never penalized!  My Drivers License in without any liens.
